My name is Cindy Needham, I am 43 years old and am 10-15 pounds overweight. I guesstimate that weight because of the way my clothes are fitting (that is always an accurate measure). I put my Get Coached business to the side and began a career in sales 2.5 years ago. That was the start of a steep learning curve. I immersed myself so deeply into climbing that curve I barely noticed that two years passed, let alone how I slowly put on weight and got out of balance. This weight crept up on me because I have not paid attention to my eating and movement. To help achieve my health and wellness goals I need to get over a few hurdles. I have been in a bit of a downward spiral, so the hurdles seem like mountains!

Health and wellness is my background, and I know the importance of being in balance mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically. Right now I am out of balance and recognize that to climb these mountains and get my energy flowing again, I need to make some healthier choices. It sounds easy enough to do, but making change, even positive ones, can be a struggle without support. Right now to get my feet moving, I feel that I need to be accountable to someone or something. So, I am creating this blog and support system to do just that. If I put it out there for the world to see, I will be inspired to stick with it and achieve my health and wellness goals. If you feel that posting your goals will  will benefit and inspire you to be accountable, then I invite you to come along with me on this journey.

Being accountable can create positive results. Perhaps you being accountable to this support group will give you enough momentum to get out of a rut, reclaim your personal power and achieve your goals.  Click here to see if you are ready to go the distance!

There is no right or wrong way to achieve your goals, as long as you keep your feet moving. We will all have good days, and we will all have challenging days. Having a challenging day doesn’t mean you are a failure, it just means you made a choice that didn’t have optimum health benefits. Having a support system will help you get back on track to achieving your goals.

I encourage you to get back into balance and feel the sense of Freedom that comes with achieving those goals you have been struggling with.
